Obama's Views on Media Policy

I donate my time and work with The Napa County, Humane Society, Animal Control, Sheriff's Dept. and The Napa Police Department. I rescue abused Exotic Birds, as well as help many with their own birds addressing fear issues in the bird and the owner, to make having a bird a beautiful experience!
I have spoken with the United States Humane Society in Washington D.C. and also our Congressman's office (Mike Thompson) Also in Washington, regarding what I would have to do, in order to make it into law, To stop the out and out Murder of Migrating birds. As well as Morning Doves. I need one million Signatures to make this happen. Then the people can vote on this and have it passed into law!
Please, Please take the time to help me with this crusade!
